Combat Arms is a free Fps online multiplayer game in case,granted to us by Nexon America. It features excellent game play, a Rpg like leveling perceive based on actual forces ranks, and the quality to 'rent' weapons of separate kinds after earning 'money' by playing the game. It's a popular game and if first person shooters are your style, I strongly encourage you to try this game. Not only is it free to play, but it features a very strong collective aspect with clans, friends lists, in game chat and even in game voice chat.

I'm not sure where they got those specs from. From my experience, the minimum they list might run the game if you had the patience of a saint and didn't mind dying a lot. The recommended might be ok if you only plan on playing a 1 v 1 game.
My former laptop had a dual core processor, 4 gigs of Ddr2 ram, and an Intel 4500M video processor that was capable of high end visuals, shaders 3.0, the works. And it played Combat Arms just fine, that is, until I got into a group of population shooting. Then it just chugged right down. I got killed because of chop more times than I care to remember.
The video card is the choking point. My home tower with it's singular core processor, 3 gigs of ram, and a 256mb 7600Gt video card played the game Way good than the laptop. Sure, the laptop had more ram, a much faster processor and windows 7 vs windows Xp, but it was the good video card with it's own ram that made the difference.
So if you have a relatively new computer with a decent number of Ram and Combat arms is chugging, take a look at your video card. That's practically all the time the reason, and upgrading it will practically all the time give you a much good gameplay experience.
